RE/MAX 30x24 Frame and Listing Panel (Bottom Rider) .040 Aluminum
30"x24" Combo Unit: Listing Panel is printed identically on both sides. You can customize the panel as per RE/MAX standards.
Our 3024B Frame supports a 30"x24" panel. The 54” tall frame has an 18" leg measured from the bottom of the 6"x24" rider slot. We manufacture our larger frames with 1” x 1” x 1/8” angle steel rather than the standard 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/8" angle steel commonly used throughout the industry. We use this heavier duty steel to give you a superior, longer lasting frame that will better withstand bending and warping that is often seen with larger frames made with a lesser quality material. It has ONE 6"x24" rider slot. This frame is a SLIDE IN UNIT - NO HARDWARE REQUIRED!! Frames are finished with a powder coat finish to enhance appearance and durability.
Frame/Stand Color Options: GLOSS WHITE, MIRROR BLACK, REFLEX BLUE, or PMS 186 RED.
Riders sold separately.
How to choose your substrate material...
Coroplast® is a high-quality polypropylene twin-wall profile sheet formulated specifically for use in the screen printing, display and packaging markets.
Coroplast® uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance. Copolymer resins are also used because they retain the ability to be flexed an unlimited number of times without breaking. We call this unique ability "a living hinge". At regular temperatures most oils, solvents and water have no effect, allowing it to perform under adverse weather conditions or as a product component exposed to harsh chemicals.
We offer several different thicknesses of Coroplast® – measured in millimeters.
- 4mm = approximately 3/16 inch
- 6mm = approximately 1/4 inch
Corrugated signs are very light weight, easy to handle, and are tremendously popular due to their tremendous value. Life expectancy of a screen printed Coroplast sign in most climates is 12 – 18 months.
The .040 aluminum panel is an extremely sturdy panel and is more lightweight than our .063 aluminum panel. If you need something sturdier than corrugated panels, but can’t afford the added expense of the heavy-duty aluminum, then this is a great choice!
The panel itself has a 10 year warranty against peeling or caulking. The screen printed panel should be expected to last 2 – 3 years in most climates. The panel will not rust.
The .063 aluminum panel is our most durable, rigid panel and provides the best return on your investment when it comes to the life expectancy of the sign!
The panel itself has a 10 year warranty against peeling or caulking. The screen printed panel should be expected to last 3 – 5 years in most climates. The panel will not rust.
.063 Reflective Aluminum
The .063 reflective aluminum panel is a rigid panel with a reflective coating. The white background reflects cars’ headlights at night and makes your sign POP! The reflective coating can be scratched so they need to be handled with more care than non-reflective panels.
The screen printed panel should be expected to last 3 – 5 years in most climates. The panel will not rust.
Things to consider...
Estimating the life expectancy of our screen printed panels is based on normal weather conditions in most of the United States. Each material has different positives and negatives depending on how it’s going to be used, your particular climate, etc. Call us with your questions and we’ll help you make the best choice!
Things that can decrease the life expectancy of your screen printed signs:
- Salt water
- Air pollution
- Breaking the paint surface
- Storing panels or continuously leaving a panel lying on the ground
When storing your panels between listings, we recommend storing them vertically in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. This will help you get even longer life from your signs.
Go Green! All of our panels can be recycled after you’re ready to replace them.
